Q: Fashionable eyewear has recently become a fixture among students and teachers alike. As a pioneer of this trend, how do you envision the future of glasses at Berkeley?
A: We might be seeing some interesting Google Glasses. Incorporating technology with high-end fashion is a must.
Q: Describe yourself in three words.
A: (pause) Way too sassy.
Q: How do you feel about your uncanny resemblance to Clark Kent?
A: I was not aware that that was something. I’m honored.
Q: Your classmates generally regard you as erudite, a lover of knowledge. What subjects interest you the most?
A: Statistics are interesting. There’s a book by Nate Silver called Signal in the Noise which talks about looking at numbers to figure out what’s true and what’s not. It’s a fresh way to look at things which I’m passionate about.
Q: What do you plan to get out of your future college experience?
A: I want to be ready to go into a career in either economics or politics.
