Aryana Makati, Co-Editor in Chief
Aryana has attended Berkeley since Pre-K and is currently a senior. She has been involved in journalism since middle school and has won several national and international writing awards. In addition to journalism, Aryana enjoys playing basketball and creating digital art.
Samantha Zophin, Executive Editor in Chief
Samantha Zophin is a senior at Berkeley Prep and the Executive Editor-in-Chief of the Fanfare this year. In school, she is on the Fanfare, BBN, and works as a manager for the football team. Sam aspires to work in the field of football when she is older and is looking forward to this year with the Fanfare!
Taylor Rauber, Section Editor
Taylor Rauber is a current senior, who is currently a Fanfare section editor this year. She has been attending Berkeley since 7th grade. She discovered her passion for writing at a young age and always dreamed of being an author as a child. Within Berkeley, you can find her participating in Science tutors, red cross club, community service club, Spanish Club, Berkeley Academy, Writing Center Tutors, and more. In her free time outside of school, she enjoys singing, listening to music, and spending time with her friends.
Zoya Jooma, Co-Editor in Chief
Zoya Jooma is a Co-Editor in Chief on Fanfare this year. She has been at Berkeley since sixth grade, and she is now a junior. Along with Fanfare, she is in Spanish Club and Red Cross Club, and rows for the Berkeley crew team. Zoya loves to travel and take care of her four chickens. In her free time, she enjoys reading and hanging out with her friends.
Emma Colitz, Co-Editor in Chief
Emma Colitz is junior and this is her third year on Fanfare! She is very excited to be co-editor in chief this year. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and playing tennis.
