Zoya Jooma, Co-Editor in Chief
Zoya Jooma is a Co-Editor in Chief on Fanfare this year. She has been at Berkeley since sixth grade, and she is now a junior. Along with Fanfare, she is in Spanish Club and Red Cross Club, and rows for the Berkeley crew team. Zoya loves to travel and take care of her four chickens. In her free time, she enjoys reading and hanging out with her friends.
Emma Colitz, Co-Editor in Chief
Emma Colitz is junior and this is her third year on Fanfare! She is very excited to be co-editor in chief this year. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and playing tennis.
Kiran Dhaliwal, Section Editor
Kiran Dhaliwal is a junior and a section editor on Fanfare. She hopes to learn more about the process of writing articles. Outside of the club, Kiran enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing basketball, and trying new things.
Kostas Saravanos, Co-Head Photo Editor
Kostas has been attending Berkeley Prep since middle school. Currently a junior, he is continuing his families’ Berkeley legacy. Kostas is an academically driven student but prefers to spend his time out of school photographing whatever he can; he hopes to one day have a career in automotive journalism.
Avery Metheny, Section Editor
Avery Metheny is a junior and this is her third year at Berkeley and at The Fanfare. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, working out, reading novels, listening to podcasts and music, writing, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.
Nora Clabby, Editor in Chief
Nora Clabby is a senior at Berkeley Prep and is the Editor in Chief of the Fanfare this year. In school, she is on the Fanfare, co-president of Political Discourse Club, co-consul of Latin Club, co-president of Film Appreciation Club, and co-president of STOP Club. Nora aspires to become a history professor when she is older and enjoys watching movies, reading, and rowing for the crew team.
Sanvi Soma, Section Editor
Sanvi Soma is a section editor at Fanfare. She is a junior at Berkeley who is also part of Red Cross Club, Spanish Club, and the Berkeley Crew Team. In her free time, Sanvi loves to read, travel, and play with her French Bulldog.
Neha Varanasi, Staff Writer
Neha Varanasi is a junior at Berkeley who is joining fanfare as a staff writer this year! She is really excited to write for the fanfare and contribute to the club. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, go to the beach, read, and hang out with her dog!
